Molding Processes
- Compression molding: economical for larger parts and low-to-medium volumes; simplest tooling.
- Transfer molding: better for complex geometries and bonded inserts, with tighter tolerances than compression.
- Injection molding: highest volumes, tightest tolerances, and complex parts — higher tooling investment.
