FVMQ pairs silicone’s excellent low-temperature flexibility and broad thermal range with far better resistance to fuels, mineral oils and hydrocarbons. It’s most valued where cold-weather sealing and jet-fuel or oil exposure coincide. Like silicone, it’s mechanically weak and best suited to static service.
